Terms of Service

Paydz is a purchasing service for customers in Algeria. You pay us in Algerian dinar and we buy, on your behalf, goods and services that are otherwise sold abroad or in foreign currency: digital gift cards and game credits, and products from supported online stores. Paydz acts as your buying agent and intermediary. We are not a card issuer and not the original merchant of the products we obtain for you. The operating entity and its registration details are stated in the footer of the site and completed once our registration is finalised.

You create an account with your email address and a password, and confirm the address by opening a single-use link we email you. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information: a delivery address or contact number that is wrong or incomplete will delay or prevent delivery.

Every price shown on Paydz is an all-in price in Algerian dinar (TTC), covering the item and our service fee. There are two ways an order is priced:

• Catalogue orders (such as gift cards) have a fixed price shown before you pay.
• Request orders (shop-for-me) are quoted after you submit your request. We send you a firm all-in dinar quote, valid for a limited time. Shipping and supplier prices move, so a quote that expires must be requested again.

Placing a request costs nothing. You only pay once you accept a quote or buy a catalogue item.

Payment is made online in Algerian dinar with your CIB or EDAHABIA card, through our licensed payment provider. Paydz never sees or stores your card number. An order is treated as paid only when our payment provider confirms the payment. If a payment is not confirmed within the time shown at checkout, the order may be cancelled and any held quote may expire.

Once payment is confirmed, we process your order and deliver it to your Paydz account:

• Gift card and game-credit codes are revealed securely inside your logged-in account only, never on a public page.
• Shop-for-me goods are ordered by us and shipped to the delivery address you provide; proof of purchase is attached to your order.

You can follow each step on the order timeline. We will email you a link to your order when there is an update.

Shop-for-me is available only from the stores listed in the app that ship to Algeria. Links from other sites are declined. We cannot buy items that are illegal to import into Algeria, or that a supplier or carrier refuses to ship, and we may decline any request that cannot be lawfully or safely fulfilled. Where a request cannot be completed after payment, it is refunded.

If we cannot complete what you paid for, you are refunded. A gift-card or game-credit code that has already been delivered and revealed cannot be returned, unless the code is invalid or was never delivered.

You can open a dispute from your order page. Each dispute is reviewed by a person. If it is accepted, a refund is issued; if it is refused, you are told the reason. Refunds are returned through the original payment channel or as account credit, minus any third-party costs already incurred (such as shipping already paid to a carrier).

You agree to use Paydz lawfully and honestly. You must not use stolen or unauthorised payment cards, submit false or fraudulent orders, resell access to your account, or attempt to abuse pricing, quotes or promotions. Fraudulent or abusive use leads to cancellation of orders and permanent suspension of the account, and may be reported to the competent authorities.

Paydz is responsible for buying and delivering what you ordered as described. We are not liable for events outside our control, including delivery delays caused by carriers or customs, a supplier withdrawing an item, the content of third-party websites, or errors in the information you provided (such as an incorrect delivery address). Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Algerian law.

The Paydz name, brand, interface and content belong to Paydz and may not be copied or reused without permission. Airline names, store names and product marks shown in the app belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what you can order.

We may update these terms as the service evolves or as the law requires. The current version is always the one published here, with its last-updated date. Continuing to use Paydz after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is submitted to the competent Algerian courts.
